Tenement Schumannstrasse 24 (Radebeul)
The tenement at Schumannstrasse 24 is in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . The residential building, which is a listed building with its enclosure, was built in 1901/1903 by the "Gebrüder Ziller" construction company based on a design by their architect Max Steinmetz .
description
The three-storey, free-standing tenement house rises above a rubble stone base, it has undivided plaster facades and a moderately steep tent roof . The different views give the building an asymmetrical appearance.
In the street view, the left window axis is emphasized by arched windows and an attached turret with a tent roof. A three-storey wooden veranda stands in front of the right-hand window axis, which is in the rear position .
In the right side view is one-fourth rounder status bay . The entrance is at the back.
The top floor was converted into an apartment in 1920.
The enclosure consists of picket fence fields between plastered pillars.
