The rental villa Borsbergstrasse 1 is a listed building in the Striesen district of Dresden .

The detached manorial apartment building with a loft was built in 1901. The building is an example of the turning away from late historicism and the transition to Art Nouveau . The facade of the plastered building was lavishly structured with sandstone . In addition, the building is decorated with figural and vegetable ornamentation.
