The house has a pentagonal floor plan, which is created by a broken corner at the intersection. The broken corner is occupied by a three-storey corner project with a hipped roof and tower knob. There is a side elevation at the other end of the two street views. In the street view of Paradiesstrasse there is a two-storey wooden veranda with an exit on top. In the side view there, the entrance is in an arbor .

The plastered facades are finely divided by cornices , ribbons and corner blocks. The rectangular windows are framed by sandstone walls and adorned with overhanging arches on the ground floor and straight roofs on the upper floor . The windows in the top floor of the corner tower are arched windows, the dormers next to them show acroteren motifs .

There is a remarkable ceiling painting in the hallway.

The enclosure is a retaining wall made of syenite rubble.

history

After the building permit was granted in July 1899, the building permit was granted in February 1900.
