Franke & Berghold rental villa

description

The two-storey rental villa , including the fencing and preserved colored glass windows , is a listed building and is located in the Radebeul industrial area .

It stands on a quarry stone base with flat cellar windows and has a developed mansard attic with brick roofing and dormers . The facades are simply plastered.

In the asymmetrical, four-axis street view, a building-high risalit with a triangular gable stands in front of the upper half of the mansard roof, moving from the center to the left . The window axis in the risalit is covered with twin windows, in front of the attic as a segmented arched window with the same roofing. Above that, the triangular gable is decorated with ornamental frameworks.

In the right side view there is a staircase risalit in the middle with a text cartouche between the entrance and the window above (inscription Soli Deo Gloria ). In the back position facing the street there is a wooden veranda on the upper floor. Behind the staircase projection, the roof with the building below is pulled outwards.

The enclosure is a wooden fence between sandstone pillars with a spherical crown.

history

The planning for this came from Benno Hübel .

Today the day care center “Knirpsenland” of the people's solidarity Elbtalkreis-Meißen is located in the house .
