The rental villa Lutherstraße 4 is in the Kötzschenbroda district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1896/97 by the master builder Ernst Kießling .

The two-storey rental villa , including the fencing, is a listed building and stands on a Syenite rubble base. It has an "asymmetrical ground plan and elevation" and a protruding, slate-covered hip roof .

In the street view to the west, on the right, there is a wide side projection with twin windows at the top and a wide segmented arched window at the bottom, plus a hipped roof. A two-story veranda with an outside staircase to the front garden stands in front of the left rear position .

The plaster construction is structured by plaster strips. The windows are framed by sandstone borders and there are roofs.

The enclosure is a lancet fence with sandstone pillars.
