Rental villa Marie Johanna Loebel

description

The three-storey, under monument protection standing villa rental is an "almost city palace-like" home of six to two window axes. It stands on a rubble stone base and has a flat hipped roof .

The main view of the plastered building with corner cuboids and plaster field divisions shows a strictly symmetrical facade with uniaxial side projections with balconies on consoles , above which baroque gable roofs. The other rectangular windows on the main floor on the first floor have segmented arch roofs. A sill cornice separates the first and second floors; the windows in the latter are arched and crowned by a keystone.

In the left side view there is a veranda extension that was added as early as 1889.
