Miguel Costa Pinheiro de Araújo Jorge (born July 13, 1978 in Porto ) is a Portuguese songwriter and pop musician .

Live and act

He became known as a member of the Portuguese band Os Azeitonas . In 2012 he released his first solo album. In particular, the ironic song Os Maridos das Outras (German: The husbands of others) made him famous and came fourth in the single charts.

With the acoustically determined album, which is linked to songwriting and pop traditions at the same time, he reached the Portuguese Top 10. However, according to his own statement, his main focus is still on his work with the Azeitonas, even if he believes further solo work is possible. A new album was released in 2014. It was presented by Rádio Comercial , and guest musicians included Marcelo Camelo , the vocalist of the Brazilian band Los Hermanos , and the fado singer António Zambujo .
