Mihret Topčagić (born June 21, 1988 in Gračanica ) is an Austrian football player of Bosnian origin on the position of a striker .

Career

Topčagić began his career in 1994 at ASKÖ St. Michael ob Bleiburg in Carinthia . In 2003 he moved to FC Kärnten , where he was brought into the first team in 2007. There he made his debut in the second highest Austrian division on October 26, 2007 against ASK Schwadorf under coach Nenad Bjelica . The striker came on in the 73rd minute for the Czech Michal Kordula . The game at the Fischl sports center in Klagenfurt was lost 0-1. After relegation Topčagić remained loyal to FC and only moved to FC Admira Wacker Mödling after bankruptcy .

There he played parallel in the first and second team, where he returned with the change to the second highest Austrian division. After the Admirans rose in 2010/11, he moved to Wolfsberger AC within the league, with whom he managed the feat of being promoted again in the following season.

He made his debut in the top Austrian division, again under Bjelica, on July 25, 2012 against FK Austria Wien , when he came on for Stephan Stückler on 78 minutes . The game in the Lavanttal Arena was lost 0: 1. The striker scored his first Bundesliga goal on September 15, 2012 in a 6-0 win at home against SC Wiener Neustadt . After two and a half years with Wolfsberg and 79 games in the top Austrian division, it was announced in January 2014 that Topčagić is continuing his career with the Kazakh club Schachtjor Qaraghandy in the Premjer League .

In January 2016 he returned to Austria to the SCR Altach . He signed a contract valid until 2017.

For the 2016/17 season he returned to the league competitor Wolfsberger AC, where he received a contract that was valid until June 2018. After the 2017/18 season he left the WAC and moved to Sūduva Marijampolė in Lithuania .
