Mikaela Engell

Mikaela Engell (born October 4, 1956 ) has been the incumbent imperial ombudswoman in Greenland since April 1, 2011 . She replaced Søren Hald Møller , who held this position as the fifth representative from 2005.

Before that, Engell worked in the Danish Foreign Ministry, first as State Secretary and finally as a consultant. As an imperial ombudswoman, she holds the post of the Danish-Greenland Cultural Foundation ex officio .
