Mike Morgan and The Crawl built a reputation for themselves in the Texas blues scene. In 1989 Nulisch left the band and was replaced by singer and harmonica player Lee McBee . After the debut album "Raw & Ready" they went on national and international tours. In 2000 McBee left the band, Mike Morgan took over the singer role himself.

From 2006 onwards, Mike Morgan, who now works as a sales manager at a motorcycle dealer, severely restricted his touring activities. After playing only occasional appearances, mostly with Kevin Schermerhorn (drums) and Drew Allain (bass), Morgan announced a European tour for May 2010 with stops mainly in Germany - together with The Crawl and Lee McBee .
