Mike Pudlick

Mike Pudlick (born February 24, 1978 in Blaine , Minnesota ) is an American ice hockey player (defender) who was last under contract with the Stavanger Oilers in the Norwegian GET league .

Career

Mike Pudlick began his career as a hockey player with the Twin City Vulcans, for which he was active in the United States Hockey League from 1996 to 1998 . For his team, the defender scored 13 goals in a total of 104 games and provided 35 assists. He then played for two years for St. Cloud State University in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association . With good performances, especially on the offensive, he was able to recommend himself as a free agent for a contract with the Los Angeles Kings from the National Hockey League , for which he never played. Instead, he ran from 2000 to 2003 for their farm teams from the American Hockey League , the Lowell Lock Monsters and Manchester Monarchs .

In the summer of 2003 Pudlick moved to the Washington Capitals , but came in the following season again only in their AHL farm team, the Portland Pirates , to missions. For this reason he went to the Augsburg Panthers from the German Ice Hockey League for the 2004/05 season , for which he scored 23 points in a total of 54 games. The following season he moved to the Krefeld Penguins and added Andy Hedlund and Richard Pavlikovský to the series . He then moved to the 2006/07 season for the second division Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg , with whom he was promoted to the DEL. Despite this success, the American left Lower Saxony and signed on October 1, 2007 with the Stavanger Oilers in the Norwegian GET league . The right-shooter has been without a club since the end of the 2007/08 season.
