Mikko Rautee (born May 13, 1979 in Kaarina ) is a former Finnish ice hockey player and current coach .

Career

Mikko Rautee started his professional career in 1998 at TPS Turku . Here he played until 2004, when he finally moved to Leksands IF in the Swedish HockeyAllsvenskan in the 2004/05 season. In the same season he returned to TPS Turku and played there with one exception (2005/06 at Ässät Pori ) until the 2007/08 season.

For the 2008/09 season he had actually signed with the Lausitzer Füchsen , but the contract was canceled before the start of the season due to health problems. He then completed twelve games for KooKoo Kouvola in the Mestis and was subsequently without a club. It was not until January 2010 that he was signed by PaKa Kuusamo from the Finnish fourth division, where he ended his active career at the end of the season. In the 2010/11 season he was head coach at the Finnish fourth division club TuKV.
