Mikroklisoura ( Greek Μικροκλεισούρα ( f. Sg. )) Is a village in the municipality of Nevrokopi in the Greek region of East Macedonia and Thrace with 111 inhabitants (2011). Together with the Perasma settlement it forms the local community of the same name ( Topiki Kinotita Mikroklisouras Τοπική Κοινότητα Μικροκλεισούρας) with a total of 137 inhabitants (2011).

The place is close to the Nestos River . The Bulgarian border is just over 7 km north. The distance to the nearest town, Nevrokopi, is around 17 km.

There is a Greek Orthodox church and an Islamic cemetery. Many Turks (Ottomans) fled their country here, particularly through political persecution and oppression. Numerous dilapidated ruins exist.

There is a primary school, but the number of students is too small. A bus picks them up and they go to the next school in Potami. The previous football club also united with Potami.
