Milan Tiff

Milan Tiff (born July 5, 1949 ) is a former American athlete who was successful in the triple jump .

Career

Tiff grew up as the son of an opera singer and composer in Shaker Heights , Ohio . After initially accepting an athletics scholarship from Miami University , he moved to the University of California, Los Angeles . He won bronze at the 1975 Pan American Games in Mexico City. In 1977 he was fifth at the Athletics World Cup in Düsseldorf and won bronze at the Pacific Conference Games . In 1970 and 1977 he was US champion and in 1974 US indoor champion. Starting for Miami University, he became NCAA champion and NCAA indoor champion in 1970 . At times he was called Caleb Abdul Rahman.
