Milena Maria Rosner (born January 4, 1980 in Słupsk , Poland ) is a Polish volleyball player.

The 1.79 m tall and 67 kg heavy outside attacker began her career in 1997 at the Polish club Gedania Gdańsk (Danzig), to which she moved from her hometown club in Słupsk at the age of 17. From 1997 to 2002 she played there. Then she was active at Nafta Gaz Pila , an association that is also based in northwestern Poland. In the three seasons, from 2002 to 2005, she matured to become a national player. In 2003 she won the Polish Cup with Pila. In 2005 she moved to Muszynianka Muszyna , where she became Polish champion for the first time in 2006. Just one year later, she accepted an offer from the Spanish association Spar Tenerife Marichal . In the Champions League 2006/07 Tenerife came third and Milena Rosner was named “Best Receiver”. After the season in Spain, she again moved to Italy to Foppapedretti Bergamo for one season , and finally to return to MKS Muszynianka Fakro Muszyna in 2008 . In 2009 she became Polish champion there for the second time. Then Milena took a sporting break. It was not until 2011 that she played the second half of the Romanian league for Dinamo Bucharest . For the playoffs, she was no longer in the team. From October 2011 to 2013 she played two seasons for the Polish first division club Impel Gwardia Wrocław (Breslau), after which she again took a one-year break. For the 2014/15 season she got a contract as the second Libera with the top club Atom Trefl Sopot , which Milena dissolved for personal reasons in the spring of 2015.

Milena Rosner's greatest success in the Polish national team was winning the gold medal at the European Championships in 2005 . Captain Rosner was able to qualify for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing (China) with the Polish women's national team, but was eliminated in the preliminary round. She was nominated for the country selection for the first time in 2001, and has not been active for Poland since 2009.

In May 2010 she became a mother. Her son is named Milan.
