The Mill Creek ( English for "Mühlbach") is a small stream in Lebanon County , Pennsylvania , United States .
It rises in a hilly forest northeast of the village of Schaefferstown and flows mainly to the northeast. Most of the creek is in Millcreek Township , an agricultural community. Shortly before its confluence, Mill Creek crosses the Berks County border , it flows into Tulpehocken Creek above Womelsdorf .
According to the USGS , Mill Creek is about 10.1 km long and has a catchment area of 41.9 km². It has a few small but unnamed tributaries.
