Min King is a Swiss dialect - music band from the canton of Schaffhausen
history
Min King emerged from numerous members of the band Plenty Enuff , which was dissolved in 2008 . The seven-member group from Schaffhausen released their debut album “Am Bluemeweg” on April 20, 2012, which placed 86th on the Swiss charts . The album is shaped by the soul of the 1960s. The singer Philipp Albrecht is called by many the "James Brown of Schaffhausen". Until then there was no dialect soul in Switzerland.
Her second album "Immer wieder" was also sung in Schaffhausen dialect. In the meantime, there are five of Min King's. This time her album placed 57th. The cover version of Mani Matters Mir Hei e Verein became the soul piece Mir Händ en Verein and the title “Tagi Tagus” was recorded together with EKR .
