Mina ja Murri ( Russian Я и Мурри ; in German “Ich und Murri”) is the title of an Estonian colored puppet film from 1961 .

The little dog Murri is the little film hero's most loyal friend. The boy has a big dream of catching a huge fish. But on the shore of the lake it turns out that he has never fished. The two friends therefore suffer numerous setbacks in their efforts ... The failed fisherman returns home with his head bowed.

The animation film for school children was directed by Elbert Tuganov (1920–2007). Mina ja Murri was Tuganov's fifth film. With the previous puppet cartoon Ott kosmoses ("Ott in the Cosmos") Tuganov had made his breakthrough as a filmmaker both within the Soviet Union and internationally.
With Mina ja Murri , puppet animation production was finally established as a firm tradition at Tallinnfilm .
