Mindaugas Marcinkevičius

Mindaugas Marcinkevičius (born February 19, 1971 ) is a Lithuanian entrepreneur, shareholder of the group " Vilniaus prekyba ", member of " VP dešimtukas ".

Life

His mother, a doctor, died of cancer in Šakiai in 1990 . After the woman's death, his father married Förster for the second time. After a few years, he and his second wife died in a car accident.

Mindaugas Marcinkevičius graduated from the graduate study of civil engineering at VISI in Vilnius . Together with his brothers Žilvinas Marcinkevičius (* 1967) and Gintaras Marcinkevičius (* 1969) and the Numavičius family, he founded and developed a trading company and retail business. Mindaugas Marcinkevičius managed the construction and development of the shopping centers. He took practical ideas on trips to Europe, where he visited many shopping malls and then used the ideas in Lithuania. Until 2010 he headed the UAB " Vilniaus Akropolis ", UAB " Akropolis Group ". He was a board member of the AB " Vakarų skirstomieji tinklai ".

Mindaugas Marcinkevičius develops the “Mart Inn” retail chain in Belarus . He is a shareholder (47%) in the investment company “ Lords LB Asset Management ” (indirect, through UAB “Glera”). With assets of 541 million mitas (156.68 million euros), he is one of the richest Lithuanians (6th place, 2011).
