MiniMetro
The MiniMetro from Leitner is a rail-bound transport system for local public transport over short and medium distances, which is driven by circulating traction cables.
technology
The non-powered vehicles are individually coupled and uncoupled to the driven, constantly revolving pull rope, as required. In contrast to the commuting funicular railway , the distances between intermediate stops are therefore not technically specified, the number of vehicles is not limited and the stops of the individual vehicles are independent of each other. The system can also be set up with vehicles firmly clamped to the hoist rope.
