Miroslav Putna

Miroslav Putna (born July 17, 1904 in Brno ; † May 9, 1994 in Brno ) was a Czech architect and university professor.

Life

Putna studied from 1924 to 1930 at the Czech Technical University in Brno with Jiří Kroha . He then gained experience in the design offices of Vladimír Fischer and Jindřich Kumpošt until 1935 , before working as a freelance designer from 1936. From 1948 he was planning manager at Stavoprojekt in Prostějov (branches in Munich). From 1951 to 1970 Putna was a lecturer at the Czech Technical University in Brno.
