The Mite Nunatak (from English mite 'mite' ) is a 710 m high nunatak in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Prince Albert Mountains, it rises on the southern flank of the Larsen Glacier .
The southern group of a 1962 to 1963 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named him after the mites found here .
