The Larsen Glacier is a glacier on the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the Reeves Firnfeld in a south-easterly direction at the foot of Mount Larsen through the Prince Albert Mountains and flows south of Mount Crummer into the Ross Sea .
Participants in the Nimrod expedition (1907-1909), led by the British polar explorer Ernest Shackleton, discovered him. It is named after the Norwegian Carl Anton Larsen (1860-1924), a participant in the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901-1903).
