The Mitropa Futsal Cup is an international futsal tournament in which the respective national champions and top teams from the countries of Central Europe take part. It serves as a preparatory tournament for the UEFA Futsal Cup and is held in a different country every year. The name is derived from the well-known Mitropa Cup , which was played in football between 1927 and 1992. The Mitropa Futsal Cup was launched in 2009 and the best futsal teams from Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia take part in the tournament every year.

The most successful team is Futsal Club Era-Pack Chrudim from the Czech Republic with a total of 5 titles.
