Mitteldorf is a district of Söntgerath in the municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid in the Rhein-Sieg district .

Mitteldorf is the middle part of the village. Oberdorf is in the north, and in the south is the district of Söntgerath .
history
In 1830 Mitteldorf had 57 inhabitants. In 1845 the hamlet had 88 Catholic residents in 16 houses. In 1888 there were 55 residents in 16 houses.
In 1901 the hamlet had 59 inhabitants. The families Ackerer Wilhelm Demmer, bricklayer Johann Funken, wheelwright Heinrich Knecht, Ackerer Johann Knecht, shoemaker Johann Knecht, landlady and small trader Catharina Oberdörffer, landlord and carter Johann Oberhäuser, the butter and egg traders Johann and Peter Pinner, shoemaker GA Reudenbach are recorded who have favourited Ackerer Heinrich and Peter Röger, Farrier Gerhard Wilhelm Schmitt, Shoemaker JMW Schröder, Ackerer PJ Söntgerath and Ackerer Heinrich Wilhelm Worms.
Until 1969 the village belonged to the municipality of Neunkirchen .
