The Mjellbrefjellet ( Norwegian literally for mountain of powder snow glacier ) is a mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the southeastern part of Sør Rondane, it rises at the head of Mjellbreen .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1988 based on the name of the neighboring glacier.
