Moacir Siqueira de Queiros , called Russinho , (born December 18, 1902 in Rio de Janeiro , † April 14, 1992 ibid) was a Brazilian football player .

Russinho began his career in 1922 at the age of twenty with Andarahy AC in his hometown of Rio de Janeiro . After two years he went to CR Vasco da Gama, where he played for ten years. He is said to have scored a total of 225 goals there. It was not until he was 36 that he stopped actively playing football. Russinho has been appointed to the Brazilian national team several times. He was a member of the teams at the Campeonato Sudamericano in 1925 and the Football World Cup in 1930 . The following appearances in the national team are proven.
