Moataz Zemzemi ( Arabic معتز الزمزمي, DMG Muʿtazz az-Zamzamī ; * August 7, 1999 in Tunis ) is a Tunisian football player . He is in left midfield and has been with the French first division team Racing Strasbourg since January 2018 , but is on loan from his former club, Club Africain Tunis .

Career

Club Africain Tunis

In 2008 he was accepted by his youth club Club Africain Tunis . 7 years later he rose to the professional field. In 2017 Zemzemi won the Cup with the Tunisian Cup .

Racing Strasbourg

In February 2018 he moved to the French first division team Racing Strasbourg . Here he mainly plays in the reserve team. But on August 16, 2018 , Zemzemi played his first Ligue 1 game in the home game against AS Saint-Etienne (1-1) when he came on as a substitute in the 89th minute.

Comeback at Club Africain Tunis

On January 13, 2020, Zemzemi moved back to his former club Club Africain Tunis on loan.

On June 7, 2019, he made his debut in Tunisia's starting line-up in the win against Iraq .
