With Uzès he was relegated to the fourth division at the end of the 2012/13 season, even if the club was ultimately allowed to stay in the league due to the forced relegation of other clubs. He himself ended his career at the age of 35.

National team

Benyachou made his debut for the Mauritanian national team in 2003 and played one more game that year. After a three-year hiatus, he was reinstated in 2006 and scored his only international goal that year. He played his last international match in 2007.
