Mohamed Ismail Youssef

Mohamed Ismail Youssef ( Arabic محمد إسماعيل يوسف; * August 10, 1967 ) is a former Qatari athlete .

The middle-distance runner set his personal best in 1987 with 1: 46.16 minutes in the 800-meter run .

Mohamed Ismail Youssef qualified for the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul , where he competed in the 800-meter run. He finished the track with a time of 1: 48.20 minutes and couldn't get past the first lap. He also competed in the 800-meter run for his home country Qatar at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona . This time he needed 1: 49.32 minutes for the track and was eliminated again on the first lap.
