Mohammad Hossein Barkhah
Mohammad Hossein Barkhah (born January 24, 1977 in Tehran ) is a former Iranian weightlifter .
He won the silver medal in the class up to 77 kg at the 1998 Asian Games . At the Asian Championships in 1999 he won bronze. In 2000 he participated in the Olympics in part in Sydney, but had no valid attempt. At the 2001 World Championships and the 2002 World Championships , he won the bronze medal. He also won silver at the Asian Games in 2002 and the Asian Championships in 2003 , the latter in the 85 kg class. In 2004 he was back in the class up to 77 kg and reached fifth place at the Olympic Games in Athens. In 2006 he was banned until 2008 for a doping violation .
