Mohammed Gargo (born June 19, 1975 in Accra ) is a former Ghanaian football player .
Career
Mohammed Gargo first played in the youth and later in the men's team at Real Tamale United . At the Summer Olympics in 1992 he was in the squad of the Ghanaian team and was able to win the bronze medal with her. In the same year he moved to Europe, initially to FC Turin , but the following year he moved to Germany, where he was active for the amateur teams of Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich . In 1995 he returned to Italy and played 88 times for Udinese Calcio . In 2003 he was loaned to AC Venice and in the following year he switched to CFC Genoa . After two seasons at al-Wakrah SC and AshantiGold SC from 2005 to 2008, he finally ended his playing career. The former central defender has only worked as a coach in his home country.
