Mohammed Hossein Saif Qazi
Mohammed Hossein Saif Qazi († March 30, 1947 in Mahabad ) was Minister of War and Defense of the short-lived Republic of Kurdistan .
He was a cousin of President Qazi Mohammed and worked with him and with the USSR .
Mohammed Hossein Saif Qazi was a trader whose authority on military matters stemmed from his being a captain in the Iranian gendarmerie . After the end of the Republic, he was on 30 March 1947 along with Qazi Mohammed and with the ministers of the government, with the exception of Haji Baba Sheikh publicly in Mahabad executed .
