Moimbassa is a municipality in the Fomboni prefecture on the Comorian island of Mohéli . It includes the three villages of M'Batsé , Hoani and Domoni .

Moimbassa located in the northeast of the island of Moheli the archipelago of the Comoros in the Indian Ocean . The parish includes the three northernmost villages on the island. Here, the Mro oua Bouéni and the Mouhoudzoundzou, two of Mohéli's largest rivers flow into the ocean .
