Monika fur

Monika Pelz (* 1944 in Klosterneuburg ) is an Austrian journalist and writer who has received several awards .

After graduating from high school , Monika Pelz worked as a journalist, secretary and translator. She did an apprenticeship as an antiquarian bookseller before studying philosophy and economic and social history. She then became Dr. phil. PhD. Already during her studies she worked as a local reporter and television journalist, today she works as a scientist, journalist and writer in Vienna. In 2000 Monika Pelz received the Austrian Prize for Children's and Young People's Literature for her complete works .
