The Mont du Sabbat is a 40 m high mountain on the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . It rises on the peninsula, the northern end of which is Cape Margerie .
French scientists named the mountain in 1950. It is named after a neighboring cirque , which reminds of a place for a witch's sabbath.
