Building description

View of the south and east walls of the residential block

The reinforced concrete bulkhead construction with its eleven storeys is stepped to the west and staggered backwards by about a third of its depth. The north-south orientation of the terrace house, which was clad with black Eternit in the east, north and south , enables the individual maisonette apartments to be evenly exposed to the sun. Due to their staggered arrangement over the eastern arcades , mutual inspection of the neighbors' living area is excluded.

The greening of the largely glazed facade in the west is done individually by on-site plant troughs.

The communal facilities include an underground car park and various shops, a swimming pool and various club rooms.

West of the latch housing includes a housing area of one- to two-storey, flat-roofed atrium - terraced houses to.
