The Monte Sanavirón ( Spanish ) is an isolated mountain in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . It rises in the Forrestal Range of the Pensacola Mountains .
Argentine scientists named him. It is named after the tug Sanavirón , which was used in numerous Argentinean research trips to the Antarctic from 1948 onwards.
