The Monte Suecia ( Spanish ) is a mountain in the southeast of Bryde Island off the Danco coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises between the headlands of Punta Gutiérrez and Punta Soffia .
The name apparently goes back to scientists of the 5th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1950–1951). Probable namesake is a member of the expedition.
