The Moody nunatak is a distinctive nunatak in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Elizabeth Range, it rises 6 km west of the Bartrum Plateau on the eastern flank of the Marsh Glacier .
Participants in a campaign carried out from 1964 to 1965 as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named him after Lieutenant Daniel Major Moody, who had flown the southern group of this campaign to their target area.
