Morgenstern (Drelsdorf)

Morgenstern ( Danish : Morgenstjerne ) is a district in the western part of the municipality of Drelsdorf in the district of North Friesland . It is 10 m above sea ​​level . Today it has 51 inhabitants (2012). The Morgenstern farm of the long-established Grünberg family has a private zoo with over 200 small and large animals.

The place name was first documented in writing in 1854. The name goes back to the weapon of the morning star as a house sign , whereby the house name became a settlement name.
