Moritz Freise

Moritz Freise (born July 5, 1974 in Heidelberg ) is a German film music composer .

Freise already performed as a singer in his youth and was also hired for various recordings. Since 1997 he has been composing for various film, television and theater projects, including for Pünktchen and Anton , Emil and the Detectives , Das Fliegende Klassenzimmer and Tatort .

Freise is a guest musician in the medieval ensemble Elster Silberflug , to which his parents also belong. There he appears under the pseudonym Moritz vom See .

Among other things, he arranged a music CD for children ( Mausini's sounding ABC ). He produced the song It was a dream for Jens Eloas Lachenmayr . on the album "Die Neuen Barden (2001). Together with Jens Eloas Lachenmayr / Die Neuen Barden he produced the entire album" Sons & Daughters of the Earth (2007) and the album "Die Blaue Blume" - Eloas Mín Barden & Moritz Freise ( 2016).
