Moritz Le Tanneux of Saint Paul

Johann Friedrich Moritz Le Tanneux von Saint Paul (born February 1, 1813 in Potsdam ; † November 25, 1892 on Gut Jäcknitz , Heiligenbeil district , East Prussia ) was a Prussian district administrator in the Heiligenbeil district (1854-1869).

Life

Le Tanneux von Saint Paul was a descendant of a noble family who came from France and immigrated to Prussia in the 17th century . He attended high school in Potsdam and later learned agriculture. In 1839 he bought the Jäcknitz manor in the Heiligenbeil district and worked there as a farmer. From 1854 to 1869, Moritz Le Tanneux von Saint Paul served as district administrator in the Heiligenbeil district of the later province of East Prussia .
