Morris Rosenfeld
Morris Rosenfeld (actually Moshe Jacob Alter ; born December 28, 1862 in Boksze near Suwałki , Russian Empire ; † June 22, 1923 in New York ) was an American poet of Jewish origin. In his works, written in Yiddish , he described, among other things, the exploitation of East Jewish immigrants in New York's tailoring workshops.
