The Mota Tasitolu ( Mota Tacitolu , Tasitolu River ) is a mostly dry system of small rivers and streams in Suco Comoro ( Dom Aleixo administrative office , Dili municipality ) in East Timor .

In the rainy season from the end of November to April, branched streams that arise on the slopes around the salt lakes of Tasitolu feed the river bed of the Mota Tasitolu, which then flows into the lakes from the east. The lakes then overflow and can flood neighboring roads and settlements.
