The Moulder Peak is a 1,860 m high mountain in the Ellsworth Mountains of the West Antarctic Ellsworthlands . In the Liberty Hills of the Heritage Range, it rises 4.6 km north of Sponholz Peak and 5.5 km southeast of Mount Rosenthal on the west side of the Horseshoe Valley .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after Andrew Burl Moulder of the United States Navy , warehouse manager at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station , who died on February 14, 1966 while unloading a Lockheed C-130 .
