Mount Allen is a 1400 m high mountain that rises between the Clark Glacier and the head end of the Greenwood Valley in the Olympus Range in East Antarctica Victoria Land.
Participants in a campaign carried out from 1959 to 1960 as part of New Zealand's Victoria University's Antarctic Expeditions , which also mapped it, named it after Anthony D. Allen (* 1937), a geologist on this research trip.
