Mount Beazley is a 2410 m high mountain in Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . It towers over the northern foothills of the California Plateau in the Transantarctic Mountains .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it after Lieutenant Robert M. Beazley, medical officer in the US Navy and officer on duty at the Amundsen Scott South Pole Station in the Antarctic winter of 1965.
