Mount Douglass is a 393 m high and icy mountain in Marie Byrd Land in western Antarctica . It rises in the Ford Ranges 13 km east-southeast of Mount Woodward on the south flank of the Boyd Glacier .
The mountain was discovered in 1934 during overflights as part of the second Antarctic expedition (1933–1935) of the American polar explorer Richard Evelyn Byrd . Namesake is Malcom Chetwode Douglass (1903-1951), dog sled driver on the west base of the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939-1941).
