Mount Shadow is a 2220 m high mountain in the Admiralty Mountains in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It rises south of the mouth of the Freimanis Glacier into the Tucker Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after First Lieutenant John H. Greene, commander of the helicopter squadron who carried out the survey in between 1961 and 1962 had supported.
